I had high hopes for this hotel based on its looks and initial speedy check-in, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. While one of our rooms was well-prepared, the other was not attended to during our stay, and we faced numerous issues including poor water pressure and limited dining options. The hotel has potential but fell short in several areas, leaving me doubtful about returning.
